Property Vista confirmed today it has been named a Leader based on a combination of product capability and value in the September 2017 FrontRunners quadrant for property management software, powered by Gartner Methodology. Property Vista offers a suite of modular online tools designed for landlords and property managers who understand the importance of reducing vacancies, cutting risk and improving cash-flow through strong tenant relations.

Frontrunners evaluates over 100 residential property management products. To be considered for the FrontRunners, a product had to meet a minimum user rating score of 2.2 for capability and 2.3 for value. Property Vista earned a capability score of 4.21 and value score of 3.59. Of the companies evaluated, 26 were named FrontRunners, and 10 companies, including Property Vista were placed in the coveted Leaders quadrant.

“We are excited to be recognized by Gartner and Software Advice for our cloud-based property management platform. Customer-focused since our launch, we give property professionals the tools they need to improve their operations — and their revenues. To be placed as a quadrant FrontRunner is just further proof of our commitment to providing customers with the best products on the market,” said Leonard Drimmer, Property Vista’s CEO and founder.

Focused on the North American Residential Property Management software market, FrontRunners quadrant identifies tenant and lease tracking as a set of core capabilities. In addition, it also recognizes several related features that organizations purchasing Residential Property Management software may also need or wish to consider: accounting, maintenance management, budgeting and forecasting, tenant portal, contact management, credit check, insurance management, landlord database, late fee calculation, online payments, owner portal, portfolio management, tax management, vacancy tracking and website management.

FrontRunners is published on Software Advice, a trusted resource for software buyers. FrontRunners evaluates verified product data and end user reviews from softwareadvice.com, capterra.com and getapp.com, positioning the top scoring products based on capability and value for small businesses.
