British Columbia Apartment Owners & Managers Association – BCAOMA

BCAOMA has been a resource centre for British Columbia landlords for over 40 years. We represent over 1200 landlords who provide over 100,000 rental units throughout the province.

BCAOMA’s primary mandate is to represent and advocate the interests of apartment owners and managers to government. BCAOMA is a recognized voice for British Columbia’s rental housing sector at municipal and provincial government, as well as at the federal level through our membership in the Canadian Federation of Apartment Associations (CFAA).

On a regular basis BCAOMA offers our members networking and educational events covering various residential tenancy issues such as attracting and keeping good tenants, insurance, taxation, and tenant screening and ways to increase income and minimize expenses.

BCAOMA provides a Help Hotline. We provide expert advice instantly over the phone or via our website. Our friendly and knowledgeable Member Services Representatives are available to answer your tenancy questions 8:30 am to 4:00 pm Monday to Friday. Additionally, we publish a quarterly magazine full of information on the industry, and frequent newsletters and e-letters to keep our members up-to-date.
